How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be processed immediately when it is received. Almost all Holeshot orders ship out the same day they are received.

How do I find a part?

Holeshot has ALL KTM parts available to purchase right here on our site. Our site is split up into two sections:
KTM Hard Equipment Catalog and ALL KTM Parts. You must have part numbers from your KTM parts book to use the ALL KTM Parts section. You don’t need to put in the dots, dashes or spaces in your part number. You can search each section by part number or description.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you’d like to buy, simply hit the button  closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the Delete icon located within the shopping cart at the left of each row.

Is the online ordering process secure?

YES! Holeshot uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. Holeshot does not store any of your information online. We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order!

Is my order subject to sales tax?

Only orders that are shipped to addresses in Ohio are subject to state sales tax.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

All our packages are sent via UPS. Shipping charges vary depending on package size and weight. There is a $6 handling fee for all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cashier’s checks and money orders. We do not charge your account until we ship your order. Most personal and company checks may be held up to 10 business days for processing.

I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?

YES! We do accept cashier’s checks and money orders. Call to place your order and we will give you a total.

After I have placed my order, how do I check the status?

You will receive a UPS tracking number the same day your order is shipped. you can go to our Order Tracking Page to check the status of your package. Holeshot will email you immediately if there is any problem or question with your order. Make sure you give us the correct email address when you place your order. Holeshot will never use your email for any other purpose. We do not give your email to any third parties.

How do I get my UPS tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at 330-253-7455 or contact us by email for assistance.

How do I receive technical support on my purchase?

The fastest way to get Tech support is by email. Go to our Contact Page and fill in all the information.  Your questions will be answered promptly (during business hours 9-6 Monday-Friday, 9-3 Saturday)
