• LOCTITE front & rear fender bolts, silencer end cap bolts, shifter, kick start lever, side stand bolts, brake caliper rotor front &rear, rear sprocket bolts, shock mount bolts
• ANTI-SEIZE rear axle nut, front axle nut, chain adjusting bolts, all triple clamp bolts, steering stem nut, front axle clamp bolts.
• Water Proof Grease air filter sealing lip, front & rear axle, steering head bearing, foot peg pivots, shock mount bolts.
• Align rear axle
• Re-jet carb to our spec's
• Move digital box & mount under gas tank
• Shim hydraulic clutch lever assembly
• Set race sag for Rider
• Install Spiral wrap on clutch hose wear points
• Grease fittings on steering head
• Cut counter shaft sprocket cover so mud will not build up and wear out chain and sprockets,
• Crimp side stand spring
• Modify steering stops for shorter turning radius, power lube cables
• Bleed hydraulic brake & clutch system
• Bleed coolant system, re-oil air filter
• Safety wire grips
• Install plastic plugs in rear axle & where needed
• Reroute cable
• Check fork oil level
• Check nitrogen rear shock
• Set tire pressure
• Install metal valve caps
• Tighten spokes and seal with light strength loctite.
• Items purchased at time of Sale will be installed on your KTM by Holeshot without cost to Rider.
